Transition / New Start Life Coaching

Almost everyone can benefit from a New Start Life Coaching programme. But it can be especially helpful if you are going through a major change in your life such as: considering a change in your career, starting a family or a new job, going back to work after a career break, gaining a promotion, moving to a new part of the country, facing redundancy, recovering from the death of a loved one or a recent divorce, or planning your retirement.

Description

Book your free introductory New Start Life Coaching programme todayThe programme begins with identifying your core strengths or values – the “personal rules” which govern all your emotions and behaviours. Surprisingly, most people do not know their own core values, even though this can lead to difficulties in decision making and prioritisation. Once you have a clearer understanding of the real you, the programme moves on to setting your long term goals: how you would like your life to be in 3-5 years time. The final session helps you to prepare a short term action plan - the things you need to do now and over the next six months - in order to re-start your life with renewed confidence and vigour. The best way of finding out more about the programme is to book a free Introductory Session with Paul Hemphill. You can use this session to meet Paul, tell him about your current situation and ask him any questions. Attending this friendly and non-judgemental session is entirely without obligation so please don't hesitate to book today using our easy to complete Booking Form

What will you walk away with at the end of the programme?

  • An understanding of the real you - perhaps for the first time in your life.
  • Knowledge about how your future life choices should always be based on your own unique set of strengths and values, in order to reduce stress and create true fulfilment in your life
  •  A fresh set of long-term goals that you will be aiming to achieve over the next 3-5 years, and a new sense of enthusiasm and confidence that your dreams really can come true.
  • A short term Action Plan of the immediate things you need to do and change if you are to meet your long-term goals, which you can refer to every day.

What happens next?

After finishing their initial 4 week coaching programme some clients like to arrange ongoing monthly review sessions, partly to give themselves an extra incentive to carry out their action plan and partly to discuss what further changes they might need to make in their life going forward. Other clients choose to arrange quarterly reviews or just decide to “go it alone”. There will be absolutely no pressure put on you, whatever you decide to do.

Testimonial

“I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my four life coaching sessions which have been absolutely invaluable to me at this stage in my life.  As a new mum who has recently lost one job and started another, it has been a real source of pleasure to spend some very rare ‘me time’ taking stock of my current situation and planning for the future.  You are an excellent coach Paul and I have been full of admiration for the way in which you have been able to guide me towards identifying my goals and aspirations while remaining completely impartial and non-judgmental – a unique skill!  I would recommend Horizons Life Coaching to anyone, without hesitation.”
